Are there any other industries where “Between 11-2pm” actually means 4:30pm, with a return trip at 6:30pm to fix a previous mistake?

I’m pretty sure that it pertains to any industry in which a wrench is turned. They know they’ve got your balls in salad shooter and they’re going to do anything they want to screw you.
