I feel your pain. They seem to place my garbage can in the most asinine places. I always seemed to think it wasn't hard to return something to the same spot literally 5 seconds after removing it... (Unless the night crew is a bunch of lung-having mutant goldfish... which would be kind of scary)

Polymorphism is a programming language feature that allows values of different data types to be handled using a uniform interface, duh. This is one of the first questions asked when interviewing for any OO job.

My cube neighbor is moving a used cube down the hall. I'm overwhelmed with emotion because she's going to someone's cube who was let go last month. We chitchatted about her moving, taking her dusty bric-a-brac, and saying "well, at least we still have our jobs." I return to my ergonomically-set cube chair, footrest, keyboard rest, and mouse rest, although I'm still uncomfortable. I listen intently to the opening and closing of drawers, to the rustling of papers wtih useless notes, whiteboards to be used impressively with the boss, and magazines that will never be read loading onto the cart that used to serve beverages to the birthday bunch. The noises get further apart, like popcorn ready to be snatched from the microwave and as I ready myself to see what she's left, the noises never seem to end! But what will she leave behind I ponder. Did she have a better stapler than me? Could I use more useless paperclips in this paperless world? "Oh stop it" I say to myself. What the hell could you possibly pirate that you don't already have or get from the stockroom. Oh, wait, silence! Will she be back? She I go look yet? What if I get caught? I guess the fun of being a pirate is the game...
